Preparation:
·Ensure that both ends of the PE pipe and fittings are in a dry and clean state to prevent impurities from entering the welding area.
·Check the dimensions and shapes of the PE pipe and fittings to ensure they comply with the design requirements.
Setting Welding Machine Parameters:
·Based on parameters such as pipe diameter and wall thickness, set the welding parameters for the fully automatic welding machine, including welding temperature, pressure, and time.
·Ensure that the selected parameters are suitable for the specific PE material.
Melting and Cooling:
·While aligning, the welding machine provides sufficient heat to melt the PE material in the welding area.
·After melting, the welding machine automatically controls the cooling time to ensure the weld cools to sufficient strength.
Inspection and Quality Control:
·After welding is complete, inspect the appearance of the weld to ensure there are no cracks or other defects.
·Non-destructive testing, such as pressure testing, can be conducted to ensure the seal and strength of the weld.
